What do we think about "Justice"? Many may know how to answer this from our context. Jonah however struggles with the Justice of God. He wants to see the Lord's vengeance and instead he sees the Lord's grace and compassion. Jonah looks for anger and wrath and sees mercy. Out of this mercy the people of Nineveh enter a period of revival and turning to God. Perhaps this is a side to justice that we do not fully comprehend.
This morning's worship is being led by Andy and Norma Hobbs who in the early part of the year had been on a journey of their own to Nepal. A place where the mercy of God and revival is very much a daily experience.
